Heat pump
CHF 3'500 air-to-water up to 15 kWth, CHF 5'000 + 180/kWth geothermal — when replacing an electric or fossil heating system.

Thermal insulation
CHF 40/m² of insulated element, with a CHF 3'000 minimum per application — so at least 75 m² to insulate.
Am I eligible? →Solar: the Pronovo one-time grant
The Jura Buildings Programme 2026 contains no solar measure: residential solar support goes through the federal one-time grant, managed by Pronovo, claimed after commissioning for installations below 100 kWp2.
The exact amount depends on power and configuration — we calculate it at quote stage with the official Pronovo rate calculator. Discover our solar offer.

Heat pump: CHF 3'500 or 5'000 + 180/kWth
The official 2026 table sets1:
- Air-to-water (M-05): CHF 3'500 up to 15 kWth — the typical single-family case; above that CHF 2'000 + CHF 100/kWth (minimum CHF 3'500).
- Ground- or water-source (M-06): CHF 5'000 + CHF 180 per kWth — example for 10 kWth: CHF 6'800.
Key conditions: existing buildings only, replacing an electric or fossil-fuel heating system; minimum CHF 3'000 per application; cap CHF 100'000 per building. Works must not start before the online registration of the application.

- Building permit before 2000.
- Minimum CHF 3'000 per application — so at least 75 insulated m².
- IP-14 bonus: CHF 30/m² of energy reference area if the renovation reaches CECB envelope class C, CHF 40/m² for class B.

Your subsidy application in 4 steps
Eligibility and estimate
We identify the applicable federal, cantonal and municipal subsidies — clearly separating confirmed amounts from estimates.
Technical visit
A technician checks the building, power sizing, surfaces and the documents your application needs.
Filing at the right moment
Before works for cantonal measures, after commissioning for the Pronovo one-time federal grant.
Follow-up until payout
Invoices, certificates, completion notice: we follow the file until the money is actually paid.
Two extras worth remembering
Municipal subsidies
Several municipalities in the canton — including Delémont, Porrentruy, Saignelégier, Les Breuleux — grant additional energy or renovation aid. Amounts, deadlines and budgets vary: get written confirmation from the municipality before counting this aid in your financing. We check your municipality before the quote.
Tax deductions
Energy-saving works are generally tax-deductible for private owners — but only the share you actually pay after subsidies counts. Confirm the details with the cantonal tax administration; we provide the supporting documents.
Abelarti in the canton of Jura
From Delémont to the Franches-Montagnes, our teams work across the whole canton of Jura. The 2026 cantonal budget is limited (CHF 3.9 million) and the canton itself announces possible changes from 2027 — filing early in the year remains the best strategy.
Are your works eligible for the 2026 subsidies?
We identify the schemes that apply at your address, quantify the aid in your quote and file each application at the right moment.
Check my eligibilityJura subsidies 2026: the essential answers
Does Jura subsidise solar panels directly?
No — no solar measure appears in the Jura Buildings Programme 2026. Support goes through the federal Pronovo one-time grant, claimed after commissioning; the exact amount is computed with the official rate calculator.
Should the application be filed before or after the works?
Before: works must not start before the online registration of the application on the cantonal portal. The Pronovo solar application is filed after commissioning instead.
Is a storage battery subsidised in Jura?
No, no cantonal battery aid exists in Jura in 2026. The battery belongs to the overall solar project — see our storage solutions.
Why a 75 m² minimum for insulation?
Because the canton pays nothing below CHF 3'000 per application: at CHF 40/m², you therefore need at least 75 insulated m² to qualify. Bundling facade and roof in one application is often the right approach.
Will the Jura aids change?
The 2026 measures were renewed unchanged, but the canton itself announces possible significant changes from 2027, tied to federal budgets. A mature project should be filed in 2026.
Can Abelarti handle the application for me?
Yes. We check eligibility, prepare the documents, file or accompany the application, then follow the completion paperwork through to payment. It is part of our service — talk to an advisor.

- Solar: support goes through the federal one-time grant (Pronovo); rates are set yearly and published via the official rate calculator.
