When will I be called back after filling in the form?
Within 24 business hours. If you send the form on a Friday evening, we call you back on Monday morning. For an emergency, the direct phone line is faster (+41 21 807 23 24).
Is the consultation really free?

Can I visit your offices before committing?
Of course. Our showroom in Bussigny showcases our products (panels, inverters, batteries, heat pumps). Make an appointment by phone or email so that an advisor is available.
Do you operate throughout French-speaking Switzerland?
Yes — all 7 French-speaking cantons: Vaud, Geneva, Valais, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura, and the Bernese Jura. Our teams operate from Bussigny.
Do you speak German or Italian?
Our advisors are native French speakers. Some speak German for our clients in the Bernese Jura and for dealings with federal authorities. We do not cover Ticino.
What happens after the first call?
Step 1: initial phone conversation (30-45 min) to understand your project. Step 2: technical on-site visit if relevant (free). Step 3: a detailed quote with subsidies (within 5-10 business days after the visit). Then you decide.
