Join the energy transition in French-speaking Switzerland

We're looking for people who want to work on real, visible installations that will make a difference for the next 25 years. If that speaks to you, read on.

Why work at Abelarti

We're a small team in French-speaking Switzerland — electricians, heating engineers, thermal specialists, project managers, sales staff, subsidy managers. Our days are varied (a morning on a rooftop in Lausanne, the afternoon in Fribourg for a quote), our mission is clear (making clean energy accessible), and our work has a measurable impact (8 MW installed, 3,500 tonnes of CO₂ avoided every year).

We're not a large corporation with complicated HR policies. We're an SME in French-speaking Switzerland that values autonomy, quality work, and trusted relationships with our clients and between colleagues.

What we offer

A concrete mission

Every installation makes a measurable difference — savings, CO₂ avoided, comfort for a family in French-speaking Switzerland.

Ongoing training

Annual training budget. Technologies evolve (R290, LFP batteries, BIPV) and we evolve with them.

A small team

No anonymity. Every member counts. Decisions made quickly, without 5 layers of hierarchy.

Rooted in French-speaking Switzerland

Based in Bussigny. Travel across French-speaking Switzerland. No "national relocation" to worry about.

Stability

10+ years in business, a solid order book, controlled growth. No mass layoffs on the horizon.

Fair pay

Salaries in the upper range of the regional market for the sector. Bonuses based on quality, not volume.

The profiles we look for regularly

We don't always have every position open at once. If a profile fits you, send your CV even when there's no active listing — we keep promising applications on file for the next openings.

Solar installer / fitter

Installing photovoltaic panels and inverters on residential and industrial roofs. CFC or equivalent, a strong sense of safety at height.

Heat-pump technician

Installation and commissioning of R290 air-to-water heat pumps. Heating / air-conditioning skills, F-gas certification a plus (not essential for R290).

OIBT electrician

OIBT authorisation for low-voltage installations. Work on panels, charging stations and solar connections.

Project manager

Coordinating multi-technology projects (solar + heat pump + insulation). Interface between clients and technical teams. Minimum 3 years' experience.

Sales advisor

First point of client contact, energy assessment, drawing up quotes. A flair for sales plus technical understanding. Native French, German a plus.

Subsidy manager

Preparing and tracking Pronovo files + cantonal Buildings Programme applications. Administrative rigour plus knowledge of the Swiss framework.
